Name: Martial

Class: Martial Artist

Race: Kilthar

Alignment: Neutral

Inventory:
Almarji Crystals:
A set of about 20-30 uniquely magic crystals (see skill). They are not specially cut or hold any designe in common. The largest are about as long as a person's for-arm, the smallest about the length of a person's thumb.

Gold: -9 (sell all equipment, buy Almarji Crystals)

Spells: -none-

Pets: -none-

Specials:
Almarji Dome: The Almarji Crystals spread out and transfer energy between each other to create an impenetrable dome (you can't get in or out). (Circumferance about equall to a basketball court.) [1x per, weak, lasts 5 posts, Almarji Style]

Chi/Ki Blast: Projectile Punch/kick/ect. [5x per, C.B.]

Delayed Impact: A strike that is supposedly pulled at the last moment. In truth however, a layer of force is applied the the martial artist's strike preventing physical contact (think magnets opposeing). The layer of force however, is implanted into the target. A few moments later the force will "explode" creating multiple cuts of varrying degrees in the impacted area. [3x per, weak, 2 post delay ("Explodes" during opponents posts), Crimson Wind Style]

Skills:
Ancient Styles: Martial has studied multiple styles throughout his life time. Which includes some of the rarest and most powerfull. Many of these styles have either been lost to time or have been outlawed (for what ever reason). He has classified them into 3 groups: Offensive (specializeing in dealing damage (not nessesarly about hitting hard)), Defensive (Specializes in takeing little damage), and Adaptive (More adaptive to changeing situations). He only usses 1 style at a time (regardless of classification). [Medium, Catalyst]

-- Almarji Style: The Almarji were an ancient and long extinct race of cave dwellers. Some beleave that they, over time, evolved to become the moddern day dwarves. The almarji had the unique ability to manipulate gems. When they died, they were fused with a crystal, empowering it. The fused crystals were known as Almarji Crystals.
After years of searching and study, he has learned how to manipulate the Almarji crystals similiar to how they manipulated all gems. The crystals simply float around randomly near by when not in use. [Weak, Adaptive]

-- Crimson Wind Style: There is no true name for the style. It's nick name however, is a result of the incredable speed at which it moves and strikes. The style does not rely on hitting hard. Instead it relies on literally sliceing up the opponent and inflicting as much fatigue and blood loss as possible. [Weak, Offensive]

-- Multi-Style: Allows him to use one Offensive, Defensive, and Adaptive style all at the same time. [Medium, (Back Burner)]

Spontanious Defence:Putting up a solid defence in a moments notice? Not a problume. [5x per, weak]

Back Off!: Beware if you get to close. He can pack enough force send you flying (even if it doesn't harm you much). [3x per, medium]

Skills:
Shield weapon: Defence is the only thing that matters, and goodness knows a shield is far more defensive than a tipicall weapon will ever be. So what do you do?
You abandon the weapon and start bashing people with the shield.
Now you have the best defensive weapon! [weak]

-- Dual Shield Wielding: What's better than bashing people with one shiled? Bashing them with two!!! [weak]

Unatural endurance: You peel off all the armour and you get to the person. But what happens when the person's natural defence is practically that of solid stone? [Medium]

(Back burner) Sarrow's Companion:
A Special rapier with some very complex features. Each side is lined with ejectable teeth (each side goes different direction) and can be ejected independantly. The hilt also contains a small (4" long) blade that can be ejected out of the bottom.
All three can be ejected and recalled at will through the use of a set of wires hidden in the guard.
The gurad is a combonation of a basket and cup guard.

-none-: Nothing yet

Dual action: The act of performing 2 actions in one fluid movement, or in quick enough succession that it appears as such. [10x per, medium, Catalyst, Back-Burner]

Skills:
Counter Attack: Duelists train in the art of counter-attacks. Using this technique they will take an attack head on (doesn't mean they won't try block it), then use the opening caused by the attack to deliver an even more devastating blow to their foe. [C.B.]

A captin's strength: Through his years as a captin he has faced many physicly demanding challanges. Through it all, is natural strength has grown above that of the avarage person. [weak]

Percision strike: Survival is never guarenteed in times of war. Especially when you're on the front line. It comes down to a simple concept: you kill them, or they kill you. Thus, takeing advantage of that one crucial mistake is [i]never
optional. [weak]

Mystic Affinity: Though he has never gone through the effort required to hone his skills, he is capable of useing magic to some extent. While his skill may be nothing compared to someone whom fully practices the art, it can sometimes be the difference between life and death. [medium]

Name: Azgard
Race: Human
Class: Mage
Inventory: robe, Cloth Arm guard, Reinforced Denim.
Alignment: Neutral
Gold: 0
Trees: Earth.
Skills: Strength of the earth, Arcane mind.

Spells:

Earth: Standard

Metal Spike: Condensing slowly from debris around them, the mage launches a sharp shard of metal at their opponent. It takes 1 post to form [Earth, Weak/Slow/Magic] 2x per battle

Potato: The mage summons up a rather large potato and blasts it towards their opponent. Rather comical, but it causes the opponent to think twice about not eating their vegetables. It causes blunt damage as well as provides a unique distraction. [Earth, Weak/Fast/Magic] 4x per battle

Sand Cloud: The mage shoots a small cloud of sand out from their palm that stings and can possibly blind an opponent. [Earth, Weak/Instant/Magic] 2x per battle

Poison Cloud: The mage creates a small cloud of poisonous gas that can be thrown. It causes coughing, moderate pain, and broken concentration for 3 posts. It can be cured with a common antidote. [Earth, Medium/Medium/Magic] 1x per battle

Fire: Inept
Water: Inept
Wind: Inept

Skills:

Strength of the earth: Remembering the old ways, He summons the earthern element to grant him strength beyond that of a typical moddern mage.[W]

Arcane mind: Azgard's mind was altered by arcane magic While he was trapped within the alternate reality, making him much smarter than the average human. He can decipher information coming from the field at high speeds and can react accordingly. It is also harder to fool him with conventional methods. [M]

Elemental indifference: Allows him to swap spells usess. Meaning that in casting a spell, another spell use can be dropped from a different spell (equall or greater strength and same element). [S] (Back Burner)

Pure Elemental Empowment: A technique lost to the old ways. The mage draws the Pure elemental energies into them and uses them exclusivly. This empowerment can make even a novice's spells surpase a master's. Addationaly, this empowerment is capable of giving a mage limited controll over the element it's self (as opposed to simply casting spells).
This power, however, does not come without a cost. This amount of elemental power is not ment to be confined, and as such can wreak havoc on the mage's physical (and with prolonged use, spiritual) form.
Lasts up to 5 posts. [P] (back Burner)
--- Arcane sacrafice: If a mage empowers them selves with the pure elemental energies for a prolonged periord, it can not only harm them physicaly, but spiritually as well.
(He can extend "Pure Elemental Empowerment" at the cost of 1 (maybe 2) spell use per post.) [?] (back burner) (Back Burner)

--- Cloth Cap: Actually, it's just cloth. Wrap it around your face to keep the sun off. Very usefull in hot desserts (or the occasional sand storm).

- A big waste: His style does not use any specials techniques or abilities. Everything is natural and pure skill. As such, he will not get any specials... Ever! [P]

Skills:
- Art of the Luja: A very powerfull martial-arts style. Masters of the style are known for their incredible speed (A blur to even the most keen eye), inhuman strength (shatter boulders and such), and strong natural defences (Skin like steel). This is also a very "free" style while being limited at the same time. It includes no special techniques or abilities. Everything is pure and natural skill. Addationaly, those whom study the art will seldom wear/use armour/weapons simply because it slows them down.
The power and skill required to master this style is far beyond any other. From the natural strain placed on the body to a multitude of external factors, most people are not even capable of learning the art. [P]
(NOTE: This does not represent him being a master of the style (that would be over kill, even for a powerfull). However, he is in no way inept.)

Name: Sir. Rothel Volth

Race:High Elf

Class: Berserker

Alignment: Evil

Dieity: Vacuus

Inventory: Spatha
White cloth Ribbons: White ribbones attached attached to each joint containing a seal (knees, ankels, waist, writsts, elbows, shoulders, neck). They are each attached to another ribbon that actually ties around the join via a small hook. This way they are easily detachable should some one grab ahold of one.

Gold: 6

Skills/specials
First seal:This is the first seal he has learned how to release. It takes a lot of concentration, but he is capable of releaseing it by shear force of will alone.
By releaseing the seal located on his right wrist it causess all nearby people and creatures to start seeing white ribbons blowing every where. They blow regardless of any wind (or lack there of). Further, being an illusion, ther are impossible to grab.
The bands he wears resemble these exactly, thus makeing it exceptionaly difficult to keep track of him.
It should also be noted that he is equally effected by the seal.
5 posts, 3x per. S

--Somehow familiar:While the first seal is released, all his senses seem to be heightened. He has yet to understand why, but it is as though the world becomes much more familiar to him while the seal is released.
Skills W

-- False illusion: While the first seal is released, he is capable of moveing quickly and leaveing an illusion of him self behind. The illusion is completely inert. It looks exactly like he did when he cast it, it does not move, or do anything. It is simply there.
(He does not move quickly enough to simply dissapear. Avarage running speed is enough to cast it, however.)
3x per. W

Feather trail: He strikes the ground drawing on the power of the seal on on his right knee. This sends a trail of energy through the ground that is followed by what looks like white feathers. The feathers are both extremely hot and extremely cold at the same time, though one sensation is often felt to be dominent of the other (varies upon the person/opponent). The feathers disapate once they touch the ground.
3x per W

Enchanted ribbons: The ribbons he wears at each joint are enchanted to to cause a disorientating effect on those whom look apon them.

Name: Abomination

Class: Ranger

Race: Human...?

Alignment: Evil

Inventory: 5 Iron Knives (throwing daggers), Walking Stick, robe

Gold: 0

Spells: -none-

Pets: -none-

Specials:

Foot Stomp: Watch your feet. His walking stick is not afraid of them.[Weak, 10x]

Evil Eye: Ever looked into the eyes of pure hatred? It's a force that can sometimes paralyse even the strongest of men.[Medium, 1x]
-----------------------
There's something about those eyes of his. Looking in them, it's as though your seen by a demon and not a man. I couldn't understand it untill I saw them for myself. It was just as he was leaveing that inn that I first saw them in effect. One of the customers rushed out and yelled his crime for the nearest soldiers to hear. They came over quickly to aprehend the man. One captured him while the other went to check the legitimacy of the crime. When the ladder returned, they said his actions warrented a death penalty. He went no where with them. He looked right into the eyes of the first guard he froze on the spot. It was as though he had fainted standing up. The second guard looked understandably confused as he tried to get first to move while still keeping his grip on the man. It was utterly perplexing how a a simple look could make a city guard go completely prone like that. Abd yet, it didn't end there. As the second guard attempted to rally the first back into movement, he began talking. What ever he said, it was clearly enough to get on the guards nerves as they turned their head for but a moment and froze. The man leisurely loosed the guards' grip on him and began walking in my direction. As I turned to look away from him, I couldn't help but ask how he managed to pull such a feat without any visible movements or spell casting. I heard his foot steps stop and felt his disfigured hand reach on top of my head. "It's rather easy apparently," he said casualy, "you need only to look deep into my eyes." With that he forced eye contact and for the first time in my life, I knew the meaning of true fear. As I look deep into his demonic eyes, I could feel my heart pumping faster. I wanted to move but my body didn't seem to want to cooperate. I was trapped in unyielding gaze. After what felt like days of standing there, he finaly broke eye contact and I fell to the ground. He asked me to thank the "weak willed guards", though for what I remain uncertain.

Acid Voice: Is words radiate with venom, ready to drive listeners mad. Cappable of eccoing endlessly in their mind, drowning out other thoughts.[Weak, 1x]
----------------------
Looking back, I suppose I deserve what happened. After all, I was a part of that project. Everyday, I was the man behind the glass. I never questioned the purpose of project; no one did. Each day I recorded the results, ignoreing the what the subjects were going through to get them. Deep down I knew it was wrong, I suppose, but at the same time I realised what it was for. They were all just test subjects to me, that what I was paid to think of them as. But it's funny how it's not untill now that I actually start to think about it. Perhaps it's because of the words he spoke, or the way he spoke them, or perhaps because I have nothing left to do now but reflect on my life. More than likely though, I would say it's a combination of the three. Heh. I finaly regret what I did, and now it's too late. There's a note of irony in there somewhere in there I'm sure. But I regress.
When he showed up that day, I must say it was the last thing I expected. He was claimed dead after one of his tests and supposedly thrown into the incinerator. Though, according to him, it was all a hoax planned by him and some of the other subjects. He said that he wasn't the only one who escaped that way, but he was the only one still alive. All the others he said died do to complications that were direct results of our tests. Honestly though, that doesn't suprise me in the least. It's even more supriseing that such complications haven't yet brought his life to an end. I wonder what it is that makes him different. What keeps him alive when the others have long sinse parished?

Skills:

Vestiage Of horror: His appearence is something straight out of a horror story. From his missing left arm to his grotesquely damaged skin. The cause of his appearence is indeterminable, as is his exact race and background. He's simply warped beyond recognition. [Racial]
---------------------
His face was something out of my worst nightmares. Looking upon it was nothing short of torcher. His hand which carefully ran over his box again and again while he waited was just as horrid. Even worse, I had a sneaking suspicion I knew him. I couldn't tell. I've never known anyone who looked anything remotely close to that, yet there was that silent voice in the back of my head insisting that I knew him. But surely it was wrong, wasn't it? After all, it takes some type sycopath to randomly murder someone. Everyone I've ever known has been perfectly sane. I tried to avoid thinking about it, but the thought imprinted it's self on that monsterous face of his that will leave my mind forever scarred. But it's truely not the suspicion that scares me. It's the curiosity. What could possibly happen that would result in a person takeing on such a form? A form so hideous that it could haunt my wakeing dreams after nothing more than a glimpse. A simple glimpse, as anything more would have been unbareable. It's impossible to describe, but I can assure you that anyone could recognize him from it. After all, it's not everyday that you see someone who looks like that. I shutter to think how I might react if I were ever to see him again. I guess you could say that his appearence is nothing short of amazeing as I've never heared of something so horrible.
I honestly pity that man on the rare occurance that I can get his face out of my mind. To live with such a vestiage; it must be unbareable.

Aura of hatred: His hatred of the world around him is so strong that it can be said to choke the air around him. Almost as though he could kill by presence alone.[Medium]
-----------------------
I remember the first time I saw him. That Abominable excuse for a person. The moment he walked in, I felt the tension in the air. Something was about to happen, anyone could tell you that. What though, remained unknown. He radiated a sense of hatred that I couldn't quite understand. At first he simply sat down, seemingly without a care in the world. Oddly enough however, it wasn't actually his table. He didn't seem to mind though. When the serveing wench walked up and told him to wait for a table, he simply said he was supposted to meet the person there and that he would be gone in a few minutes. I believe I forgot to mention that the original patron had stepped out to visit the outhouse when this visiter showed up. Regardless, the wench seemed to buy his story and left him alone. Once she was gone, I saw him pull out a small black box and place it gently on the table. The cover seemed very ornate from what I could tell. Perhaps a personal work, as such a designe would no doubt have been expensive. Regardless, it was very well done. In the middle of the designe was a very obvious symbol. It looked to be an oval with some type spade in it. I can tell you now that it's nothing I've ever seen before or sinse. It was almost creepy the way it seemed to be circled by the rest of the designe. Like a rat trapped inside a ball, where the slightest movement would leave it to plummet to a painfull death. It was both a fearfull designe and an oddly attractive one.
After a short wait, the original propriator returned. He seemed calm enough untill he saw the visiter, at which time I'd almost sware he had a momentary heart attack. But he managed to regain some of his composure when the visiter motioned for him to sit down. The serveing wench quickly popped up after he sat down but was waved away before she could even open her mouth. The tension grew even more as they began to talk, though I was never able to make out what exactly as their voice was so low that it was barely noticeable save for their moveing lips.

Disgust for the world: He choose his path long ago. A path of hatred and bloodshed. He coundemed the world for the crimes commited against him, what ever they may be. Every step he takes, every word he speaks, and every life he seals is fueled by his hatred. The world will suffor, and he will be it's exacutioner.[Medium]
-----------------
"Hate them... They deserve nothing else... Look at what they have done to you, for you, with you... Why should you care what happens to them? Everything is their fault after all. They should be thankfull for your hate." The words rang in his head as he stared into the eyes of the man before him. The man was overcome with terror as the blade pressed lightly into his throat, drawing a trickle of blood. It would be so easy to kill him. His every fiber willed him to do so. This man deserved it, there was no doubt about that. But, was this man's life worth the past he held onto so dear? If he were to slit this man's throat now, it would only lead him down an unescapable path of bloodshed. Was it worth it? He knew that following this path would cause him to loose sight of everything he held dear. It would basterdise the name he fought so hard to protect. Was it worth it? Was vengence worth corruption? Just one motion, one thought, one impules and everything would be lost in the name of hatred. His love, his joy, his peace, his pride, his devotion, and himself. This man, this choice, this moment, would ultimately decide his story; one of peace, or one of pain. Should he, could he, would he?
It seemed like centuries that he held that man on Death's door step, his blade ready to send the man into the great unknown. Ultimately, however, he decided not to. He dropped the man to the floor, sheathed his blade, and began to walk away. As he walked, he heared the man get up and mutter something under his breath. It was muffled but very distinct and pierced through his conviction flawlessly. "May you all rot in your worthless graves." At that very moment, his mind splintered. Years of pain and suffering passed before him in that very moment. Images so vivid, so strong, they drowned out all others. Hard as he tried, his story was no longer one of peace. He turned to face the man, but this time, it was not the eyes of anger that he possessed, they were the eyes of pure hatred. The man froze in terror upon makeing eye contact, his fate haveing been sealed. Without another moments thought, a blade was quickly brought across his neck.
His first victim lay slain. Soon, others would join it. He turned around to find his path to the door unnaturaly clear. The others in the room had cleared to either side in a silent panick. No one spoke a word as he started to walk away. The only sound that greeted him was footsteps and heavy breathing. He had no regrets. His path was decided, there was no going back anymore.

Gold: In debt

Spells: -none-

Specials:
Enforce creation: Through the combination of force of will and exploitation of the fragment's seal, he can decrease the rate at which the void consumes him (removeing 10% per post). In consequence, however, all abilities relateing to it's use are significantly weakened (by one strength). [lasts 5 posts, unlimited times per battle; Strong]

Spire: A long spire spears out of the artifact then returns. Weak, 5x per., 3%

Barrage: A barage of around 20-30 small spheres fire from the artifact.Weak, 3x per., 7%

Skills:
Wielding the void:The abnormal artifact he wields is in fact a fragment of the void. By nature, it is a force of both destruction and creation. Exploiting it's duality through magic and devine seals, the void is permenently trapped within a prison of it's own making. The constant cycle of destruction and creation ensures the invulnerability of the artifact while also explaining it's ever changeing shape.
The seals also allow him to influence that cycle, however, which is exactly how he wields it. Exploiting the void, he creates things from it that would otherwise be impossible. Creation must be fueld by destuction, thus the price of wielding the artifact's power. Every time it is used, the void travels to consume a small percentage of himself.
Upon reaching 25% corruption, all his physical abilities are weakened as though affected by a weak ability.
Upon reaching 50% corruption, all his physical abilities are weakened as though affected by a medium ability.
75% a stong.
At 100% corruption, he is consumed entirely by the void and becomes a part of the artifact (essentialy death). medium

Specials:
Direct current: Chi/Ki and lightning based (projectile) abilities can be nullified and absorbed. Weaks net one point, mediums net three points, strongs net seven, powerfulls net 12, Special event and class advancement strength nets him 18. Absorbing a strong or powerfull net weaken him slightly for one post and event/advancement will weaken him for three (though he will not suffer the per=post degen); to provide time to digest the sudden spike. [med. / 2x per.]

From the land: If needed, he can drain energy directly from the land. This nets him five points per use. Useing this does not permit an offensive action for that post, as it takes a substantial amount of time (compared to what is needed in a fight). [W / 5x per.]

Solid drain An assult with the intent to leech enery from the opponent. It doesn't hit very hard but the sudden energy drain can leave them winded for a moment. A glancing blow will net him three points, a solid blow nets him seven, and should he manage to grab his opponent, an agreed upon amount will be drained. [W / 3points / 3x per.]

Lasting drain A beam-like phantasm projects from him preceding this. Anything that it connects with will emit an arc of energy back back to him to be absorbed (arc remains untill the special has run its course). Organics in general will net him one point and prevent any degeneration for one post, if they were magical in any way (including casters, mystics, and druids) he nets one point and prevents degeneration for one post, if they were a living creature (this includes all races except undead) he nets two points and does not suffer degeneration for three posts, if they are undead he nets one point, if they are a druid all incantations currently in use or currently being cast have their duration reduced by one post (all effects stack). For obvoius reasons, it's very difficult for him to hide during the drain; though if his opponent is hit, they won't be much able to hide either.

Skills:
Energy Leech: An odd thing about them, they can leech off energy. Any form of energy will work, in theory, to satate their desire. The energy they drain, however, is manditory and is directly related to their health and abilities. Should they ever fall to zero points of energy, they will be as good as dead. Most of their abilities drain and/or cost them their valuable energy. They a begin with fifty points, and loose them at a constant rate of one per post. [medium / catalyst]

Gold: -15

Spells:

Pets:

Specials:
Falsify Assult: (2x ; weak ; illusion)
An illusionary projection of themself in the form of an assult. The assult sequence can be as complex as they like and adapt as needed, but the life span is no more than a few seconds and it is in fact harmless. They remain visible the entire time , should an opponent be perceptive enough to notice them past the spear in their face.

Conceal Retreat: (1x ; weak ; illusion/reality)
Some people stand and fight, most run away fast. They prefer to run under the cover of confusion. Upon activation, multiple illusions of himself project covering his retreat. (For balance - their exact path will be described.)

Deception of Steel: 4x ; medium - delayed ; reality
The sacred spear is truely quite impressive. Shifting its self between falsality and reality - one can never be truely certain when he is and isn't wielding it. Even when elsewhere, it appears in his posession - he need only continue his movements as normal with the spear.

Skills:
Passage of a decimated world: (Medium ; catalyst)
Reality is a lie. Falsality is a lie. You're very existance is a lie - as is your non-existance.
The truth is - the truth is a lie.
You are no more than a passing thought in the mind of Nothing.
Now let me impart the greatest gifts of a world that doesn't exist. - For Even I am a lie.
They specialise in illusions - plain and simple.

Passage of the lost totem: (weak)
Forget nothing that will be lost - loose nothing that will be forgotten.
Give all you wish to forget - forget what has been given.
Serve those with power - take power from those who serve.
Let truth consume your lies - let me consume your truth.
When all our worlds colide, I will find you.
Till then, let us both sleep in ignorence.
The sacred spear knows many existances - both with and without its wielder. While being able to travel between them alone, it can also pull them into overlaping each other. This grants a helpfull little boost the the reality of illusions.

Passage of self destruction: [i](weak)

To live is to thrive off death. Where as death exists soley to fuel life.
When life grows bloated - death will run dry.
Let the river take you to oceans people cry.
Travel to the regions where people choose to die.
Tell me what you see, so I too may survive.

Inventory: quarterstaff, and a robe

Gold: 1

Bio: A dwarf with a major inferiority complex... And a vendetta.

Spells:
Arcane Arrow: The wizard consumes a bit of their own energy to fire an arrow of pure light. Like an actual arrow, it can pierce skin as well leave a minor tingling sensation. [Weak/Arcane] 2x per battle

Magic Shards: The wizard shoots shard shards of magic from his hand that can cut, tear, and pierce armor. [Weak/Arcane] 3x per battle

Energy Burst: Channeling his own internal energy, the wizard causes a shockwave to erupt from his body. It gives a minor shocked feeling (tingling) and causes moderate knockback. Since it derives from their own power, the wizard is weakened afterwards and is even more so after every use. [Medium/Arcane] 3x per battle

Pets: n/a

Specials: n/a

Skills:
(M) The price of power: They said I'd never reach them. Their "halls of masters", their "arcane libraries", their "magic lineages". It all comes so easy for them. They've done nothing them selves, stealing the work of another. But I'll show them the fruits of my labor. They'll see what true devotion looks like. The peasent is comming for you, and I'm a real monster now...
Sacrifice's power greatly exceeds that of any conventional wizard. However, he sufferes minor feedback from any spell cast and negetive effects caused by his own spells are amplified. Further, his weakness to incorporeal magics is slightly amplified.

(W) Toll paid in blood: What have you lost? What are you willing to loose? If it ment victory, would you pay any price? Of course not. Your weak. When the time comes, you won't have what it takes.
His spells can be further empowered by casting them at the cost of his physical well being. The extent of the empowerment is directly related to the severity of the harm. Reopening small wounds gives a small bonouse, tearing out the flesh from his hands and arms does quite a bit more.

(W) Surviving the crime: I will never die... Not until I've shown them. No matter how twisted this shell becomes, no matter what burden I'm forced to bare.
His vendetta has left him disfigured. Burns cover his body along with countless scars. His skeletal frame seems to twist unnaturaly making his movements more akin to an awkward gait. His face almost appears to be falling off and his left eye is nearly blind. Further, his left arm is worn away untill the very tips of his fingers are nothing but bone.
However, he remains incredebly sturdy despite these injuries. And though he's less likely to be capable of dodging, he can match any [equall] warrior blow-for-blow.

Almarji dome: you could create an impenetrable shield around yourself...or your opponent and look at eachother 5 turns...this would kill a special like sds completely... Not loving it.

Class: Make it fighter. Martial artist makes no sense with this defense buildup. If you do want a martial artist, your shieldwielding skills will be more expensive. (dualwield shields=medium, attack with shields medium)

I'd like to see a different special for fighter, or skills for martial artist..though I love the dual shield idea, so I'd prefer a different special..perhaps some form of Shield slam? aka, Squish people with both shields slamming or something...

And chi/ki will need a different special in that case too... It's up to you to decide though!

@ D.C.:

It requires me to be in a style that focuses on useing the crystals, and the dome requires me to use all the crystals.
Honestly though, I hadn't thought of SDS. The intention was to prevent people from running away (ex.: Tyzerk).

You do realize that those are 3 different characters there right?

Alignment: Evil..?

Inventory: leather armor, dagger

Gold: 7

Spells:
The Big Box of Empty: []

Pets: Fluffy go Poof, Kitty got Knitted, porky made jerky. And that's all she wrote. (None)

Specials:
Jack in the... Wait... : A random item from the below list (opponent decideds during their post) shoots out of the ground between WTH and the target (equall distance from both). This action is often preceeded by pan pipes... From somewhere...
- Giant Teddy Bear
- 2 post fountain of small wooden Tooth Picks (lasts untill opponent's next post.)
- Triplet of floating green eye balls. (they just float there watching everything... Creepy...)
- Month old... Something. (Probably food once, now it's just a heap fungus.)
- A 1' tall floating Exclamation & question mark.
[Weak ; Instant / 4x]

Sick'm Jack! : Something strange happens based on the most recent effect of JitW (above). This can only be used once following each use of JitW.
- Teddy stands up and falls face first on the target. For the size, has only the force of a small bean bag; But tares very easily sending stuffing everywhere.
- The Fountain starts shooting out teeth (all types) at the target, regardless of wether or not the toothpicks are still flowing (2 posts).
- The eye balls float up to within an inch of the target's face and simply stares at them. Attacking the eyes will cause them to split into additional eyes (if the eyes have allready been attacked, they reform and split as appropriate then proceed as normal). The eyes only move one time, but do have a tendancy to split in the direction of the target; splitting 1 eye will split all the others.
- The thing begins to put off an odor foul even to the taste... and starts... crawling towards... the... target..?
- The punctuation marks teleport to above the target accompanied by a disembodied voice inside their head commanding them to perform some quick and silly ask such as touching their right foot with both hands or spend their next post singing in falsetto. The punctuation marks dissapear once the task is complete; but get larger when the task is ignored at a rate of about 1' per post. (The task it's self isn't as important as the distraction it causes, as such it will be of the opponent's choosing in their post).
[Weak ; medium / 5x]

Back in the box, Jack: This special can be used only once following each use of "Sick'm Jack". The effect varries accordingly.
- A strong wind picks up gathering all the stuffing and any loose floating debris. The resulting twister then chases the target. Sure, getting hit by some stuffing won't hurt at all... But neither will that knife you threw earlier, the sword you dropped, the rocks you unearthed, the arrows you lost, or the glass you broke...
- The fountain begins spraying high pressure soup (opponent decides what type) at he target. A Fleshie undead Berserker could probably force their way through it, a kilthar Monster tamer will likely be blown away. Lasts through opponent's post. (Think fire hoses used in riot control)
- Each eye on the battle field grows a stinger and a pair of wings, then begins chasing the opponent. Each eye continues the chase for 20 posts divided by the number of times devided (rounded up to the nearest whole number, minimum 1 post), then simply dry up and fall to the floor after expiring. Attacking the eyes will cause them to split and shorten their life span retroactivly.
- The thing begins to grow untill it is large enough the swallow the target whole, then explodes towards the opponent (while still giving chase). Big concussion wave, and leaving a foul mess, but otherwise harmless... Unless you you feed it... It will eat anything during this time that is thrown it's way; swords trying to cut, arrows trying to pierce, the very ground it persues on, cute little halflings, etc.
- Voices begin appearing on all solid surfaces and begin mocking the target maliciously for the next 3 posts. If they happen to step on a mouth, they can also expect to get bit.
[Medium ; Slow / 5x]

Just around the hallway:
The distance between WTH and the opponent streches to to nearly Double. But Nothing changes. So how can you possibly be only half way there?
[Weak ; instant & unnoticable / 3x]

(Back Burner) Pritty Dolly: A simple straw doll. Wrapped in wool and tied together by small vines. When needed, the doll changes into an intricate replica of the target, then mimics their every physical action. Provides only basic insight to movements (no spells, equipment, thoughts, location etc.).
[Weak ; slow / 3 post duration / 3x]

Skills:
Maddeningly delicious: It's funny. It's strange. It's just down right cruel. For no apparent reason, people find it harder to think clearly when WTH is around. Mabye it's just a stray thought every now and then, or the knattering voices getting just a little louder. Regardless of the details, you won't be WAFFLES!
[Weak]

Look that way!: Ever seen a person move forwards, backwards, and forwards again without missing a beat? Well now you have. The rules of inertia need not apply when he's running... Or walking...
[C.S.]

(Back Burner) The lovely little doll: A simple straw doll. Wrapped in wool and tied together by small vines. A little keep sake he has for the sake of keeping. A thing of great personal value to him. What mysteries could be held within the doll the set him free?

Bio: Most goblins have masters. Most master abuse their goblins. This goblin was abused into... well... This. The victim of cruel experiments. Bits and pieces of various creatures were scattered throughout his master's work places. But this was not simply for the art of necromancy. This person saught to controll the dead and inanimate, but all else as well. It is courtesy of those experiments that WTH is purple, and in other ways strange. Is is also curtesy of the purple the WTH got his name. Suffice to say one of the animated servents made a mistake. Enter the doll. Another experiment. A successfull experiment in imatating the living, but not so much in controlling it. The doll imitated a little too well. I was constantly witness to efforts of escape during it's service and eventualy completed the task the others had failed. Return the Goblin. The doll by it's self is nothing; just some straw, wool, and vines. So naturaly, it enlisted to aid of the victim most often visited. Between the two, an unusual pairing. Both equally servent to the other, both ignorant of their own abilities and both completely without a clue.

Name: Masquarade

Class: Samurai

Race: Human

Alignment: Evil

Bio: A human with an identity crisis.

Inventory: Leather armor (with basic leather gloves), Tachi, Iron staff

Gold: 0

Spells: none

Pets: none

Specials:
Spontanious weapon profiency: Masqurade Likes to play. Strange. Never taking the time to favor a specific weapon, they instead gain profiency through imitation, inspiration and... Something else. This ability allows them to gain profiency in any single weapon they are currently wielding equivelent to a weak skill for the remainder of the topic. Usable only once per weapon. M/2x/instant

Imitation of speed: Masquarade doesn't realy have any terms to fight by, he simply imitates others. Using this special he can effectivly imitate any speed/dodge enhancing skills/specials/spells. If his opponent doesn't have any such abilities, this special is effectivly useless. Due to inherent physical limitations, the strength of the imitation caps out at a strong. W/1x/instant
If the targeted ability is a special/spell; the imitation replaces this special (refreshing the usess).

Return to sender: Sometimes dodging simply isn't an option. Though loathe to do so, he has the capacity to return projectiles. Sadly, all things require a price... Any non-item Projectile spell/special up to a medium in strength can be reflected back to it's source using clever magics and by sacrificing a weapon/piece of armour (as individualy listed in the inventory).

Skills:
Imitate: If you can't beat them, join them. If you can't join them, become them. Masqurade has a bad habit of stealing things from other people. But not theft in the typical sense. He steals talent, training, experience, and ability. Anything that you are, he has the capacity to become. It's a very difficult concept for most people to understand... Untill he suddenly starts replacing them. Human Adaptation/Catalyst

Second thought line: Now what good is an imposter, if they can't get into their victim's head? Masqurade is far more perceptive of others than most people, helping him get into their heads. Effectivly, he starts to think like they do; helping predict their movements.Medium

Throwing Profiency: Of all the random abilities one could have in this world... He is quite effective at throwing random objects. Rocks, sticks, bricks, etc. Sure, he's not about to get himself a spot on the local olympics; but honestly, how many people can say they've hit a bird with a pebble once..? Or ever even tried? (this applies more to debris than to actual instruments of death.) Weak

Wielding Capacity: Their is no item ever created that he couldn't use (without commiting suicide). That doesn't mean he can use it well, he simply knows how. W

Name: Upgrade

Class: Berserker

Race: Goblin

Alignment: Neutral

Inventory: spatha

Gold: 7

Spells: n/a

Specials:

[S] Control Sigil - Reveal: Upon activation of this ability, a giant circle covers the ground (reasonably, the entire battle field). Within the circle flowing lines of power can be observed. These lines tend to gather when/where the master usses her abilities (and travels with them when applicable). Though the circle its self serves as little more than an aiming tool, it allowes her to use abilities with relative assurance of not hitting upgrade (she is looking through a bubble); thus the abilities aren't restrained. {Lasts untill Confine is used}
---- Control Sigil - Confine: Upgrade's master can choose to power the sigil once cast as a quick defensive manuver. Doing so will cause to circle to quickly shrink down around the target until it finaly vanishes. Once the circle vanishes it takes with it any weak spell or weak/medium non-item special the target was using. The entire process takes less than a second.
[1x use each part]

[W] Line Beam(s): 4 pairs of pyramids appear floating in the air, each pair pointing at each other. After a few seconds delay a straw-thin beam is created between them. Beams remain untill end of opponent's post. (4 beams - 1 per pyramyd pair)
---- Control Sigil: Creates 9 1inch thick beams that appear after only a second delay.
[3x per]

[W] Distortion Burst: Creates a bubble looking distortion roughly the size of Upgrade. After a few seconds or apon contact it bursts sending nearby people/things a few feet away - but is otherwise harmless.
---- Control Sigil: The bubble additionaly bursts with energy; able to take a few cenimeters off leather at point blank, burn those nearby, and sing those a few feet away.
[4x per]

Skills:

[M - Catalyst] Master's Intervention: Upgrade isn't very combat-capable. In fact, he could be one of the worst "berserkers" to ever roam D.I. More inclined to run away than stand and fight, he doesn't have the "killer" mind-set. Thankfully, he has a very kind master - or so he would like to think, having never met them in person. Instead he carries a small sphear (think looking globe) as a means of communication. This sphere also acts as a conduit for his master's power.
When an ability is being used by his master, their siloette appears beside the orb. And although these abilities can technicly be used independantly of Upgrade's actions, he is no fighter; more likey he will be running away.
The orb must be out so that the master can see/use her abilities affectivly (presenting an obvious weakness).

So just for the hell of it, how about I get all these approved enough that I could change to them if I wanted.
