I do want to throw my hand up and say if we are working on lore, history, races, thigns of that nature and how they fit within DI's society I definitely want to help with that if possible.

Also.. I'm in favor of Common being the language almost everyone knows and communicates with among mrketplaces and such, but as far as individual races' language goes.. I really would love to develop something of that nature for this. Like how Tolkien developed a language for each of his races that he created in LoTR.. I feel it really adds depth and culture to the world.

My reasoning behind this is that if we move to a site and wish to look like a professional role playing community interested in developing and further peoples interest in creative writing and providing a fun, family-oriented atmosphere on an open forum available to anyone and everyone, this would add a ton of depth and clarity and it would really make being a mod something that holds a bit more weight to it than someone who acts like the american supreme court, ruling on the constitutionality of certain posts and approval of new members to the society.

I really should consider switching to a linguistic/sociology double major instead of English/Finance....

Im cool with the idea, personally though I really enjoyed seeing dreadclaw's and deathjet's and other folks pictures when im going through the creating a character process, because they've done so much for our community so it was cool to see them there as a reminder even though their not around anymore. So im a little sad that that will be leaving as we transport everything to this new site.

We should start migrating some things over. At the very least, let's get the character pages over to the new forum. Once there, we can start implementing some of the patches on the various classes as we finish them.
