I really like how this class looks. I was wondering, what if you run out of uses of the spirit? If you can only use the spirit 5x and it lasts three posts, that makes you good for about two or three pages, so it is probably not going to be very common, but what if?

Also, do the specials refill every time you resummon a spirit?
For example, if you summon a spirit, then get possessed, then use the special twice, where does that leave you? Does the spirit have the use of the special on it's own and you have one more use in the possessed form or is it just done with for the battle?

Finally, say someone has the spirit of strength. Is it always the same spirit? If I made a spiritualist, could I keep coming up with different personalities that just all happen to be spirits of strength?

then you can't summon more spirits of that type.

Posession removes the spirit, as it enters you. If you expell it before you use up the specials the extra ones are wasted.


As far as personalities: you can do both Either summon the same personality, or a different one each time. Your character, your rules.

Each spirit has the spirit specials of your spiritualist.

Meaning spirit 1 has 1 use of spirit special 1

and spirit 2 has 1 use of spirit special 1 as well.

Think of it this way: if you have another entity naturaly on your side, you don't get a pet.
(I know I'll get shot in the foot some where for that... just don't know where yet)

So, spiritualists have 5x of a particular type of spirit. If they use up all its specials, they must then resummon it in order to replenish these specials, correct?

Also, it was said that spirits could not use specials of other spirits. How then, as DC said, might spirit 2 use spirit 1's special?

Speed spirits may use speed spirit spirit specials, strength types may not use speed spirit spirit specials...

every speed spirit gets 1 use of each Speed spirit special. If you summon a new spirit, it'll get a full spirit special list of 1 each. Posession is allowed once per class, and once per spirit type. This means you can in total throw out a massive 4x3+3x3=21 specials in fight one, with 3 spirit specials of the class you choose... but it would be repetive, and every spirit special is heavily nerfed to be weak compared to other specials.

Not sure the math checks out, but whatever.
