No, it would still be almost impossible... right now, no matter how good you are, you can still get unlucky and lose without anything you can do about it. So, needing to have your luck hold out for 20 levels would be hard.
That's one of our discussions these days. It's clear that the current gameplay (no lifes, 12 levels, 1 card/ per level) is quite difficult to beat, but not impossible at all (just look at the times list). But it's clear too that the more levels there are, the more hard is to beat it. On the "Online" version there could perfectly be more than 20 levels. This fact makes that is almost impossible to beat the game as it is right now. Also, we don't want to make an easy game that almost anybody can beat it, as that would be fun for the first time but not for the rest. Some measures to make the arcade mode quite balanced could be these ones:
-Possibility of continue (let's say 2 or 3 continues/lifes).
-Make phoenix feather more powerful (it would act as a potencial continue)
-Make items cheaper (to make objects something usual or affordable).
-Add new and more powerful items: i.e. Dispel all (detransforms and dispels all modifiers).
-Set "Total Rune" card not to the second level but to the 7th or so.
-Balance cards so if you get one of them you are not almost the winner automatically.
