This golden stuff, they arent cards, they r armor pieces.

yea, MW is not only based on 'runing' up, and these cards will prevent people using the first turns 'runing up' x.x (if u r lucky enough to get these cards of course). But i think these cards r a little too powerful. they should be nerfed a little (not much, just a little little bit :P).

Yes, I also like the idea of multiple deck strategies, but that's not easy, deck/character styles should be balanced or at least not too much unbalanced. We won't know it sure until we test it, so we'll have to wait.

Oops, you're right... in that case, I say they're sort of stupid in that you would always buy all of them, or none of them. Never would anyone buy one piece of the golden set to use with other armor types. If they bought any of it, they would buy the whole thing. It wouldn't be armor that could work together, it would be armor that had to go together.

I still like the idea of cards that work together, though.

thats the idea of the golden armor: not buy in pieces, buy it all! but to prevent massive ammounts of people with the golden set, it will cost a lot, and u need a high lv to wear / buy ^^ so its a challenge!

Yeah, I think I know what you are talking about.

Dispel card says "Dispel" on the top of the card and "Opponent" on the bottom. It's only a matter of space, the card name is "Dispel Opponent".

Another way to handle the rune problem would be to use somthing like this:

Rune shock
Effect: does [opponent's total rune power]*3/5 damage to opponent
ignores all offensive and defensive modifiers

This card is obviously useless if your opponent isn't runed up. If on the other hand he levels us to SSJ3 - well, 63 damage hurts a lot. :)

That's a good idea, I'll try to include it in the cards list, obviously in high levels. On the other hand that will be a huge handicap for the Sorcerer Class, who will be specialized in "Rune Power" effect. So if the game is unbalanced after all I can decide to remove or add that card.

Since they already added SSJ1-3...maybe they should add some more DBZ things.


Z-Sword=+6 Attack +3 CS
Powerpole= +4 Attack +5CS

Goku's Fury=16 Damage(+4 more if SSJ)

You know? Stuff like that.

no thats a bad idea, dunno if u know, but theres something called copyrights. maganic wars could actually be issed for stealing copyrights <.< believe me, ive played a lot of games and some actually came down cuz of it (an example was that multiplayer street fighter game, capcom issued the guys that done it, and the game came down forever)

In fact we shouldn't call it SSJ as it is not really a SSJ it's a Rune Powered Warrior (maybe RPP :) ). I agree with Magic_MasterX that dbz feeling is a good point in the game, but we want to be very respectful with Copyrights in the next version as it will be something more serious. Same thing with "Raistlin Shop" and LOTR stuff.
